Job Description

• Develop and create content strategy including copywriting across all relevant social and digital platforms. (Facebook and Instagram).     
• Plan and develop online strategies and Facebook Advertisement to drive traffic from online to offline using tools and platform from Facebook or Instagram.     
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics, and digital data.    
• Managing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate online leads.    
• Identify opportunities for engagement with the target audience to add value to the user experience.  
• Lead content creation and management of BMW and MINI to garner a strong and engaging presence online in Malaysia.  
• Analyse and report social media program status detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and growth metrics (revenue, user acquisition, reach, engagement).  
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Deep knowledge of social media marketing, campaign management and content strategy·        
• Proven experience in social and digital marketing and digital savvy with strong knowledge of the digital landscape.   
• Creativity and innovative thinking in terms of social media marketing.       
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organisation skills.     
•  Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the team objective.
• Passionate in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
