Job Description

• To handle all IT related activities to ensure IT operation are run smoothly
• Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware/software, system application, telephone system, CCTV, server, printer, backup/recovery and network infrastructure
• To handle VPN and DNS Issue
• Responsible for IT Security, antivirus monitoring
• Develop and maintain local network in ways to optimise performance
• Keep track IT Asset of company with IT SOP
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• Responsible to keep track on all user reported issue until the issues is solve
• Assists in any ad-hoc assignments and task as assigned by superior.
• To work beyond working hours when there is required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in computer science/information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 0-1 years of hands on working experience
• Interested in IT/Computer - Hardware/Software and Networking Infrastructure
• Experience in Windows Desktop, Windows Server(Active Directory), Network Administration, Support and Troubleshooting
• Able to work independently, Multi-Tasking and Work under pressure
• Able to cope with challenging working environment, proactive, good working attitude and responsible.
• Basic understanding WAN, VPN and Networking routing
• Work Closely and report to superior to keep update company IT issues
• Required Language: English, Mandarin(Must) and Bahasa Malaysia.
