Job Description
- Generating payroll report, incentive report.
- Compiling and calculating Overtime.
- Monitor staffs attendance, leave records.
- Update and maintaining staff personal file.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To provide assistance and support on day to day Human Resources work such as payroll preparing and data entering into HR System.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
