Job Description
1. Account settlement for collection from customer.
2. Prepare and sent out monthly customer statement.
3. Prepare and sent out the reminder letter to customers.
4. Maintain business partner account in the system.
5. Customer financial position analysis.
6. Conduct credit and financial background check on new customer application.
7. Prepare AR aging reports, and update collection status by monitoring customer account details.
8. Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by head of department.

2. Required skills : Microsoft office, Filling compose, Filing management, communication skill, letter writing skill, Accounting.
3. Required Languages : Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English.
4. At least 1 year working experience in related fields.
