Job Description
1. Perform filling & Maintaining financial record
2. Maintain accounts receivable files and records
3. Monthly job closing is compulsory before deadline.
4. Release and issue Customer billing, debit/ credit note.
5. Manage queries from customers and BUs and follow up on invoice related issues.
6. to receive and check sort documents received from other departments and perform necessary.
7. Data entry into accounting system for daily transaction.
8. Ensure that receipts are accurately accounted for, and promptly matched against accounts receivable balances.
9. Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by head of department.

1. Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma / Higher field* post graduate.
2. Required skills : Microsoft office, Filling compose, Filing management, communication skill, letter writing skill.
3. Required Languages : Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English.
4. At least 1 year working experience in related fields.
