Job Description

• Proactive in serving walk in customers and tele sales. 
• Build relationships with customers through good customer service. 
• Train and coach the Sales Team Members.
• Manage a Sales Team and lead them to successfully deliver daily sales targets and sales targets set by the company.
• Manage and oversees team members work for performance and compliance. 
• Motivate and inspire the Sales Team to work towards one common goal.
• Assist Sales Team to manage full process of sales cycle, cold calling, and consultation to closing.
• Lead & Support in company events to achieve results.
• Experience in promoting and advising about nutritional products is required. 
• Other responsibilities as requested and assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field especially Food Science and Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics /Bio Medical or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write Mandarin due to our clientele, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Experience in retail sales is a plus point. 
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 
• Excellent persuasive, communication and negotiation skills. 
• Possesses good teamwork with flexible mobility. 
• Able to travel and work on weekends and public holidays. (We will compensate you for the days worked.)
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, work in a fast paced environment, Capacity to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines set by the management.
• Ability to lead and make improvements in team performance. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as WORD, POWERPOINT,EXCEL. 
• Willing and ready to learn as we are a learning organization that facilitates the learning of its members and continuously transforms ourselves.
