Vacancy available in HQ, PJ and Penang Office

• Provide Health Screening & Consultation, “Wellness & Nutrition” training will be provided by Wellness Academy
• Perform Customer Service duties both online and offline.
• Able to provide dietary and nutritional advise to individuals for walk in customers and online inquiries.
• Passionate to explore and research on new health & beauty regime
• Possesses good communication and listening skills
• Able to build strong relationships with customers to fully understand the event needs & objective
• Actively engage in company out-door activities, marketing campaign, road shows as and when needed

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
2. Candidates with working experience as a Sales Promoter / Sales Representative will be an advantage.
3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Telemarketing / Livechat / Callcenter equivalent.
4. Must be a confident communicator
5. Good oral and written communication skills required
6. Mandarin speaker will be an advantage to handle Mandarin speaking customer
7. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
9. Self-motivated and willing to learn.
10. Academy training will be provided by Wellness Academy on nutrition knowledge 
11. Must be willing to travel and work during weekends and public holidays is an added advantage. (You will be compensated for the days worked.)
