What you'll get to do
- To manage client’s performance and work quality with digital & performance marketing team to improve client’s social media
- Communicate with clients (if needed) to consult and provide solutions
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Work with leads and heads to assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Inspire Junior & Train the next person
- Work with digital marketing & performance marketing on developing strategies for social media
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Prepare timelines based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
