About The Job

  • Participate in continuous training to further expanding your knowledge and skill set around products and solutions
  • Proactively focus on keeping up-to-date sales motion and expectations
  • Regular one-on-one sessions your peers in other regions and your regional leader to review improvements, trends, and performance, share best practices and recommend adjustments
  • Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Proactively monitor and adjust your approach/plan
  • Suggest adjustments to improve efficiency, while being committed to maintaining a global sales motion
  • Present realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Lead the weekly and quarterly business review results readouts with the teams
  • Ensures team’s operational lines are functioning daily as designed
  • Daily inbound and outbound queue monitoring and resource allocation, ensuring customer responsiveness
  • Actively participate in calls your sellers are having with customers on a regular basis and provide real time observational feedback to your sellers to improve the customer experience
  • Assist in communication management to ensure transparency across the organization
  • Responsible for hiring the very best talent and ensuring business continuity, including managing attrition proactively
  • Assign resources to ensure staffing optimization of resource coverage
  • Continually help your sales team grow and keep the sellers motivated and engaged 

Job Requirements

  • Possess of strong sales coaching skills, flexibility and a real passion for developing others
  • Excellent in communication and a dynamic work style.
  • WIth a minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 years leading a team of sellers within the IT or Telecomunication Networking Industry
  • Preferable with Inbound & Outbound experience
  • With a minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English and the local language where you are based. A third Asian language would be a big plus.
