Job Description

  • Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts and actual, etc) taking into account company’s goals 
  • Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Assemble and summarise data to structur relevant reports on financial status and risks to meet stakeholders expectations
  • Develop financial simulations,compare good practices and process analysis
  • Identify trends and exceptions, seek explanation on variances and recommend actions based on sound analysis
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Reconcile transactions in different records and make correction for alignment
  • Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed on the latest development
  • Partnering with Operations and other Support teams to meet overall business objections
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 3 years in Financial Analysis
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO environment is preferred. Audit experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Proficient in Excel/spread sheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
  • Financial forecasting and diagnosis and information analysis skillset.
  • Sound analytical, reporting and presentation  skills.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
