Job Description
- Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts and actual, etc) taking into account company’s goals
- Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assemble and summarise data to structur relevant reports on financial status and risks to meet stakeholders expectations
- Develop financial simulations,compare good practices and process analysis
- Identify trends and exceptions, seek explanation on variances and recommend actions based on sound analysis
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconcile transactions in different records and make correction for alignment
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed on the latest development
- Partnering with Operations and other Support teams to meet overall business objections
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 3 years in Financial Analysis
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO environment is preferred. Audit experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Proficient in Excel/spread sheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Financial forecasting and diagnosis and information analysis skillset.
- Sound analytical, reporting and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting
