Job Description

• To be able to carry out basic online and offline marketing and sales tasks.
• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Explain technical product or service information to customers.
• Answer customer questions about goods or services.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
• Maintain records of customer accounts.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
• Pitching products and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year hands on experience in Sales & Marketing. 
• Proactive and consistent towards our company's objective and vision.
• Proven ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
• Strong and solid communication skills. Language required: English, Malay, others are added advantage.
• Can-do and will-do attitude.
• Possess own transportation, willing to travel.
• Skills: Excellent closing & communication skills,
