Job Description

• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand's voice
• Produce high-engagement objective based email contents 
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
• Create, plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including content, social media, display advertising marketing.
• Measure and optimize paid marketing campaigns with data driven approach.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain and upgrade consistence performance across all programs.
• Design and optimize lead funnels to maximize conversions.
• Update, optimize and maintain lead page.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
• Create and publish videos and contents using social media platforms.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 year hands on experience with excellent copywriting, planning, building, optimizing paid search and social media campaigns.
2. In-depth knowledge of various paid channels and technologies including re-targeting, social media network advertising.
3. Proactive and consistent towards our company's objective and vision.
4. Proven ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
5. Strong and solid communication skills. Language required: English, Malay, others are added advantage.
6. Can-do and will-do attitude.
7. Possess own transportation, willing to travel.
8. Skills: Copy writing, Content Producing, Email Marketing, Facebook, Instagram Ads.
