Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Book meetings and schedule events
• Maintain internal database
• Keep employee records (physical and digital)
• Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Update office policies and ensure compliance with them

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year hands on experience with excellent sales skill.
2. Proactive and consistent towards our company's objective and vision.
3. Proven ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
4. Fast learner and passionate in sales
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
6. Strong and solid communication skills. Language required: English, Chinese
7. Can-do and will-do attitude.
8. Possess own transportation, willing to travel.
