• Basic allowance from RM3,000 to RM 9,000

• Provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling AIA products and services: life, health, and disability insurance 
• Create and maintain good rapport with clients by offering good quality services for repeat business and referrals
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial plan, current provision and future aims and assist customer in choosing the right financial plan
• Focus on customer-relationship
• Engage and interact with customer face to face
• Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Job Requirements

• Diploma with 2 years of work experience, in any field OR Degree holder in any field
•  Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to interact with people at all level 
• Honest and with integrity
• Excellent customer service mind-set with the strong passion to serve
• Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals
• Willing to work under group’s training system 
• Discipline and have high commitment
