Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative support and other administrative duties.
  • Support to internal & external marketing operation and activities.
  • Monitor the services reports in order for the Invoice billing process as well as prepare quotation based on customers’ requested.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly management reports and carry out day-to-day operation works.
  • To co-ordinate and conduct product to customers/ business partners/ internal sales personnel periodically.
  • To plan and liaise with Marketing & Communication Department regarding promotion activities. 
  • Develop marketing plan and strategist seasonal promotional in terms of ads, mailer, website, press releases and catalogs to its effective way.
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional plans to achieve brands’ objective.
  • Events in the planning, implementation and monitoring of all advertising and promotions activities.
  • To assist in various seminars and exhibition.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies.
  • Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST.
  • Strong computer capabilities in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer management skill.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
