Job Description

• Effectively implement and optimize all assigned Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Constantly develop effective strategies to improve both new and existing campaigns using best practices and new digital trends.
• To hold responsibility for budget tracking of assigned Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and prepare various reports on the performance of the assigned ad campaigns as well as to help identify additional business opportunities.
• Research potential products to test & carry out product testing.
• Communicate effectively with team members and to manage the projects developments, timelines as well as results.
• Update and maintain the E-commerce stores with latest products and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure product photos and videos are align with the brand.
• Build and execute social media strategy through past performances, competitive research, and audience identification.
• Optimize acquisition metrics by performing A/B Testing etc.
• Ad-hoc copywriting and editing

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply. 
• Working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus.
• Understanding / experience in managing digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, Campaign Optimization, etc.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. Mandarin is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and eager to make profit (COMMISSION TO BE EARNED).
• Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
