Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
Participate in the ideation and development of marketing strategies to increase sales.
Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content.

Additional info:

Remuneration package will vary based on experience and graphic skills.
Basic salary ranging from RM3000-3500/month
3 months probation

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Good and creative photo editing skills (Portfolio required).
Minimum diploma accreditation with knowledge in design.
Excellent communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus.
Any experience in e-commerce/digital marketing is a plus.
Able to own individual projects as well as the ability to work within a team.
