Job Description

• Involve in expanding E-commerce brands’ digital footprint and drive value through online marketing content via persuasive writing, high-converting ads, and/or brand copywriting; preferably in all three main languages – English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curate, write, and manage content for several digital platforms to increase brand awareness and conversions, align with its brand vision and values.
• Perform in depth research and preliminary fact findings to produce the best direct response campaigns. 
• Generate and attract the right kind of target audiences.
• Execute and publish content projects as assigned.
• Monitor content success and progress, traffic, and conversion.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop visually attractive pieces of content.
• Review and suggest improvements for the content/copies written by other fellow writers.

Job Requirements

• An unshakeable passion for writing.
• Past work experience as a Copywriter or similar role.
• Able to clearly express ideas and thoughts through writing.
• A proven track record of producing content that increase engagement and drive leads.
• Excellent command in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Experience in bilingual writing is a plus.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Able to meet deadlines and work in multiple projects concurrently.
• Must have a portfolio that showcases creative writing pieces/projects.
