Based in Bangsar KL, Wanderlust + Co is stocked internationally across 400+ retailers, primarily in the USA and Australia. As the Digital Marketing Executive for Wanderlust + Co, you will be playing a key role in managing the performance display of both native site and affiliate marketing channels, executing new collection launch flow, driving incremental growth in customer acquisition for Wanderlust + Co online, develop retention strategy as well as managing the online shopping experience. You will be leading web development projects and maintaining the brand’s website to ensure shopping site delivers seamless customer experience and optimized for conversion.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –

- Manage web development projects and general upkeep of website with Web Developer to optimize technology, features and UX/UI - to keep site robust and ensure customer’s shopping journey is seamless
- Conducting research on current emerging digital trends in the market and identifying areas for improvement or features that can be translated for brand website to keep site current and userfriendly
- Analyze website analytics and customer shopping behavior in support of optimising and increasing conversions by prospecting new customers and retaining and re-engaging existing customers – via website improvements or campaigns, eDMs and affiliate channels
- Assisting across rewards program, CRM, UGC and retention strategies, as well as enabling conversational commerce across the website to optimise a seamless customer journey

- Daily management and upkeep of global online site across all devices, in line with digital campaigns and marketing calendar
- Aligning activities across departments to ensure marketing calendar activities and assets launch seamlessly online whilst maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout and optimising customer journey on site
- Aligning information across departments to ensure product assets and statuses are updated in a timely and accurate manner, and communicated strategically across all digital channels
- Ensure the accuracy of information and scheduling of EDMs and other marketing collaterals in alignment with marketing calendar, in order to drive healthy traffic to the website and improve conversions

- Supporting commercial team to monitor the pulse of online campaigns on website and dropship platforms closely whilst using key metrics for ad-hoc improvements and business decisions.
