Job Description

• Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
• Responsible in creating, updating and monitoring project course on site, schedule, time frames and budget on site.
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, transportation, materials and equipment.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
• Responsible in leading a team of workers on site when necessary.
• Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
• Responsible in communicating with customers during project if required.
• Work closely with sales team and design team.
• Report to Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• SPM with relevant experience, SKM, Diploma or Degree in Building Constructions, Building Maintenance, Industrial Design, Management or others.
• Candidates with experience in furniture work, interior work, construction, installation or project coordination/management are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work overtime and able to work in industrial environment (workshop/site).
• Able to work in Section 25 Shah Alam and willing to travel on daily basis (Klang Valley & Outskirt).
• Possess a valid driving license (class D).
• Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.
