Job Description

Project Management Executives represents a link between a creative agency and the existing client, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction and retainability. Also, you will need to work with the Project Director to expand the customer base by running business development and marketing campaigns.

JOB SCOPE:

Report directly under the Project Director to work on creative briefs, project timelines and marketing proposals.
Identify leads from your own research on available channels.
Manage projects and actively interact between the client and internal creative and content team.
Plan ahead and manage project timeline with the internal team to ensure quality of work meets the client's expectations.
Actively participate in troubleshooting and problem solving with assigned projects.
Arrange and attend phone calls/meetings with clients for briefings and follow-ups.
Work closely with production partners and vendors to coordinate on costings and timeline required from assigned projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Multimedia or equivalent diploma/degree.
Experience in Business Development (1-3 years) for creative and digital agencies or in related fields.
Fluent communication and written skills in English.
Able to listen and identify client's needs and advise clients on appropriate digital marketing services offered.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Knowledge of Branding and Design or Digital Marketing would be a plus
