Job Description

  • To assist the Administrative Executive in all duties and tasks related to New Business, POS, Claims and servicing for the Agency
  • Email updates for all New Business submissions including approval of new cases of new life planners, and also updates and deferment of cases to life planners/ leaders as necessary
  • Assist the administrative executive in handling all life planners/leaders requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally with proper follow up within a reasonable time frame
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing,copying, binding, and scanning. Scanning of forms in relation to life/general insurance business and to maintain the records correctly
  • Answer telephone calls and pass them on the appropriate people in the agency.

Job Requirements

  • At least possess a recognized Diploma qualification.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and work multiple roles and tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates/ Students looking for internship are encouraged to apply.
