Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) you will be responsible to design and develop software for platforms; you will guide a small talented team in charge of VOX software development, managing and overseeing that the product deliverable meets the technical requirements identified. By active planning, you will discuss and identify tasks and issues to be solved, while supporting on:

Lead a team of two
Design and develop new features.
Identify the right tools to make things work at their best.
Improve the quality of our existing tools and infrastructure.
Understand how to make our libraries more efficient and effective.
Keep yourself updated on the latest technologies.

Job Requirements

You must have a general understanding of how technologies work, while been able to handle conversation about Backend development as well as DevOps, Frontend, etc.

A lot of common sense is a must!
Logical and critical thinking, comfortable on setting deadlines
3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Excellent knowledge of Python
Must ship code with unit tests and documentation
Operating knowledge of Git and Gitflow
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Passion for coding, autonomy, precision
Fluent in English
