Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of SME and large customers with their on-boarding and project life cycle.
- Manage communication between sales, technical and customer success teams in KL, Sydney and UK.
- Work closely with engineering teams on custom front-end and platform requirements.
- Trouble shoot and become a platform domain expert
Job Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree - IT, engineering, sciences, business
- Understanding of technology and SAAS platform basics
- Delivery focused and clear communicator to help achieve project goals.
- A good team player and highly organised.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Clean communicator in English as client base is global.
