About the job:
Do you love tech as much as you love engaging with people? Do you get excited on hearing the latest trending tech, best practices and being ahead of your peers?
 
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and is eager to scale in their career - no openings for backbenchers here! You can expect to excel in:

  • Managing a large volume of worldwide customer requests / problems (orally and written) with knowledge and efficiency
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs & issues with a goal of complete customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating support communication guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
  • Leveraging on product knowledge and experience to ensure customer receives the utmost value of our product. 
  • Introducing implementations of new use cases, best practices and functionality to improve existing Customer Success & Support processes with focus on scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Account Management experience
  • High communication skills with customers and key executives

You’ll catch our immediate attention if you have either:
  • Experience as a Software Engineer (or equivalent)
  • Experience working for a SaaS company
  • Experience in data-driven analysis in a consultative capacity
  • HTML/CSS/JS skills highly regarded
