About The Job

  • Constantly on the lookout for new clients on business opportunity to generate revenue for the company

  • Achieve sales results in accordance with set targets and business strategy

  • Plan and formulate effective sales strategies to achieve KPIs

  • Research, compile and filter potential leads. 

  • Handling outbound calls on the provided leads by the company.

  • Deliver good hospitality and customer service at all times.

  • Good communication with clients at all levels with an independent, proactive, and strong customer services attitude. 

  • Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales services.

  • Attending conference, meetings, and industry events

  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • To compile and updates sales report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Assist in events as and when required

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver presentations on our services

Job Requirements


  1. Working Experience: 1 - 2  years on outbound calling and sales. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided 


  1. JUGGLER: Handling multiple leads at a given time. 
  2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Be the primary point of contact for your client. Build and maintain relationships with clients and service providers. 
  3. A FRIEND TO ALL: to treat all potential customers, stakeholders and colleagues with respect. 
  4. FORECASTER: Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  5. SCIENTIST: Measurement is key. Know how to read statistics, find out what happened and suggest the next course of action for clients. 
  6. LEARNER: Never. Stop. Growing. 
  7. ADDITIONAL SKILLS: the following additional skills will help, but are not necessary:
    • Social Media Management
    • Campaign Planning
    • Experience in Outbound Calls
    • Advertisement Management on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn
    • Wordpress
