Job Description
- Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
- Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
- Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
- Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
- Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
- Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
- Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
- Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
- Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Independent & resourceful.
- Good communicator & people manager.
- Self-motivator & passionate for F&B industry.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Due to business nature)
