Job Description
As a Digital Media Designer, you will be developing creative concepts and designs for social media content, digital banners, websites, mobile apps, prototyping, wireframing, and animation.
You could be an experienced designer with a studio or agency background or a fresh grad who has done multiple commendable projects in the past. If you have awesome skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and HTML, then you could be just the missing piece of creativity we’re after.

That’s why we are looking for multifaceted, collaborative designers to work on everything from creating digital assets to global marketing. You will be working closely with our Business Development, Digital Marketing and other internal stakeholders to define and reinvent the digital space together.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualising and designing a wide variety of interactive experiences for various platforms with an emphasis on user experience and campaign objectives
- Producing layouts, digital assets, videos, animations and graphics, wireframing and the making of interactive media for marketing, branding and sales purposes.
- Conducting research, mood/storyboarding, prototyping ideas
- Defining detailed project scopes, including objectives and deliverables and managing internal resources. Anticipate potential issues and proactively seek for solution internally and externally.
- Communicate with all teams to keep them up-to-date on project status and timeline
- Be updated with the emergence and adoption of new technologies, speculate about the ‘next big thing’, present innovative ideas supported by top-notch research and industry knowledge
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the digital media industry OR minimum diploma accreditation with sound working knowledge in Graphic Design and Web Design
- Strong conceptual thinking with deep knowledge of industry tools, and solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
- Experienced in digital project management working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery
- Good understanding on the fundamentals of interactive design, user experience and the key principles and practices of interactive multimedia.
- Comfortable with editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Google Web Designer
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of additional skills such as HTML5, motion graphic or animation will be a plus
