Job Description

• Plan, arrange, coordinate and supervise site progress
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet customer satisfaction and design requirements.
• Handle contractors/suppliers to support designers and sales team including reporting occasionally on conditions and progress of works
• Sourcing for more reliable, quality and cost effective contractors/suppliers
• Cultivating good relationships with internal teams, suppliers, contractors to ensure effectiveness of the project assigned.
• Provide solutions to solve site issues if any.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in construction / decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Diploma in Interior Design/Engineering/Architecture or similar
• Candidate must possess at least 2 year(s) of working experience 
• Understand well in layout plan, colour, lighting, materials selection, furniture and all installations
• Detailed, good planner and thorough thinker
• Good in communication and technical skills
• Good problem solving skill
• Good in project management 
• Have strong people management and social skills
