Job Description

• Responsible for full set accounts of multiple companies, overall financial management, development/ implementation of policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management.
• Responsible on the preparation of monthly management and accounting report for senior management business review purpose.
• Direct responsibility for financial related issues, companywide revenue reconciliation, and collection.
• Responsible for accounting and local tax submission. Primary coordinator for external audit financial reporting.
• Responsible for engagement with external parties such as bankers, regulators, insurance brokers, secretaries, and customer on finance and accounting matters.
• Plan, lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the finance team providing hands-on coaching and support including implementation of Objective Key Result for the respective team member.
• Responsible for cash-flow monitoring and provide recommendations to senior management to maintain optimum cash flow position.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Have min Degree in Accounting / Finance / Professional Qualifications
• Experienced in managing a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Strong analytical and presentation skills,highly motivated and result oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
