Job Description
- Responsible to assist the manager to handle full set of account
- Responsible to issue payment voucher and filing of invoices
- Responsible to perform a daily reconciliation of room charges prior to GL posting
- Responsible to handle claims
- To assist the manager in preparation of finance-related reports
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with computer and technology tools. (E.g. Microsoft office, Google tools)
- Able to accomplish the task before the deadline
- Open to both diploma and bachelor degree student
