This role will be a people and operational leader, responsible for supervising a team of processors in supporting the operations of a designated accounting and data management process in the Shared Services Center, in meeting the quality, accuracy and productivity requirements. As a Supervisor, the candidate shall resolve problems and questions from the team, respond to complaints and questions from the customers or vendors or end-users by understanding the issues, identifying root causes and developing a remediation plan.

 Coordinate and arrange staff rosters; provide feedback and input to the Team Leaders from both people and process perspectives 
 Work with key stakeholders and customers to continuously evaluate the business needs, customer feedback and operational activity to improve customer service and identify development needs 
 Understand and work together with other teams in the Shared Services Center to ensure timely processing of transactions and resolution of issues 
 Support month end closing activities 
 Own a specific subject matter as an expertise, design and deliver training programs 
 Identify opportunities to further standardize the operations across entities, brands or nature of transactions 
 Lead any incoming activities transition works, identify risks and develop transition and training plans, build or update the respective SOPs and training material
