To monitor, prioritize and distribute incoming order management requests to ensure efficient and effective execution. 
 
To analyze SLAs, KPIs and other team metrics and ensure targets are being met.
 
To identify pain points, harmonization and standardization opportunities and work closely with Supply Chain CoE to drive improvements.
 
To establish solid communication mechanisms with Partner Operations and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware of changes happening to the orderbook and can take the required actions.
 
To support the development of individual team members through solid IDPs, rigorous assessment of their strengths and growth areas and in line with their career aspirations.
