This role will be a professional job who are required to have in-depth experience of Accounting and technical field, he/she need have strong problem solving skills on varied and nonroutine scenario, Be a core member of the Accounting and data analysis, support the day-to-day operations by designing and performing, month-end closing tasks, Data analysis, Optimization projects or other activities as assigned by respective Supervisors and/or Process Team Leader. 

Role & Responsibilities: 
➢ Perform and execute transactions and/or activities in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Payables to Pay, and Data Management workstream as assigned, following the respective established SOPs and meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements 
➢ Support month end closing activities 
➢ Review works or following up outstanding items for ensuring quality and accuracy according to SOPs and internal controls compliance. 
➢ Record and update SOPs based on the system/process/policies timely change. 
➢ Responsible for coaching/ mentoring more junior employees. 
➢ Own a specific subject matter as an expertise, provide technical support and training to team. 
➢ Prepare analytic reports and/or accounting schedules, review for irregularities, develop investigation and corrective action plans 
➢ Respond to queries for resolving any issues during the transaction handling and explaining the procedures and control requirements in order to ensure timely completion of tasks as assigned while maintaining the quality and internal controls as stipulated by the Center management. 
➢ Identify repetitive issues or risks, lead the improvement opportunities and initiate the execution of projects.
➢ Act as the subleader of SV, to perform backup role during the absence of Supervisor.
