Job Description
Be a core member of the accounting and data processing team, support the day-to-day operations by performing designated transaction processing tasks, month-end closing tasks, or other activities as assigned by respective Supervisors and/or Process Team Leader.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
1) Transactional Processing:
- Perform and execute transactions and/or activities in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Payables to Pay, and Data Management workstream as assigned, following the respective established SOPs and meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements
- Respond to queries for resolving any issues during the transaction handling and explaining the procedures and control requirements in order to ensure timely completion of tasks as assigned while maintaining the quality and internal controls as stipulated by the Center management.
4) Support the office administrative tasks as assigned by the Center management
