Job Description

Are you it? We're looking to onboard a high-energy Superstar Salesperson with great communication skills in our growing team. You'll be working in a growing team of open-minded, driven & supportive team members while we work towards our company's mission & purpose. 

Here are your core responsibilities as a client enrollment officer:

Sales

  • Be fully familiar with the company's offers so as to convey accurate information to prospects 
  • Perform effective low, mid and high ticket sales calls for events and coaching programs. 
  • Proficient in handling prospect pre-, during & post-sales calls. 
  • Work with other departments to facilitate smooth clients pre-, during & post-sales processes. 
  • Effectively use the CRM systems to manage pre-, during & post-sales processes. 
  • Perform sales by chat systems.
  • Building rapport with prospects, leads and clients. 
  • Capture & report sales data 
  • Constantly innovate sales closing techniques & methodology that drives improved sales and revenue 

Sales Operations Support

  • Organise & document offer details in a clear manner 
  • Systemise the pre-, during & post-sales processes. 
  • Build up and/or improve current CRM systems that integrate with the pre-, during & post-sales processes. 
  • Build up and/or improve current sell-by-chat systems to offer funnels.



Job Requirements

Attitude

  • Possessing belief & conviction in selling events & coaching offers
  • Gritty - willingness to face rejections/stumbles and take it to stride for improvement
  • Honest & have integrity - sell from a space of value, not simply to get more sales
  • Active learner - willing to reflect, learn and take action steps towards improvement continuously 


Aptitude

  • Possess sales skills for low-mid-high ticket tiered products/services 
  • Great command of language - English (Good to have: Mandarin command)
  • High energy & confidence - offer, sell and handle objections with finesse 
  • Able to follow systems but quick on the feet to be flexible 
  • High EQ - able to connect and empathize with clients/prospects fast 
  • Have guts to do cold calling 
  • Have great communication/persuasion skills
