Job Description

• Be the guardian to ensure all parties are following the policies and procedures determined by the Company.
• Responsible in managing monthly payroll of the Company
• Experience in handling foreign workers such as work permit and visa application, new hires checklist & briefing, preparing documentation, fomema, imigration, etc of foreign workers would be an added advantage
• Administer staff medical insurance, staff discipline, staff benefit, coordinate interview selection and recruitment process.
• Create and ensure a positive working environment, build relationship while able to strike the balance in between and provide constructive feedback  to improve employee satisfaction.
• Liaise with government statutory bodies such as EPF, Socso, IRB, etc.
• Assist in other ad-hoc matters as and when required.

Job Requirements

1. Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in human resource, psychology or its equivalent.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. 2-3 year(s) working experience in the related field.
4. Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia  
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
6. Positive working attitude, independent and able to work as a team.
