About The Job

  1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware;
  2. Provide onsite technical support at Customer’s premises for systems and equipment as requested in your line of duty or by your supervisor or the Management;
  3. Daily update all Service Work Orders on the outcome of each site visit in Helpdesk System;
  4. To perform in a highly detailed, oriented, productive and organized way to ensure that other team members are also aware of your responsibilities and tasks;
  5. To cooperate with a team of service engineers to ensure that all current outstanding jobs with clients are completed in a timely fashion;
  6. Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project;
  7. Respond to queries over the phone, isolate problem, and determine possible solution.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Telecommunication or Electrical field.
  2. Required skill(s): Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows OS (Win 7,10 and Server 2012), Knowledge on basic computer hardware, SQL Server knowledge will be an added advantage.
  3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  4. Able to travel frequently.
  5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  6. Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
  7. 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
