Job Description

• Report to the Managing Director 
• To ensure, monitor and maintain company’s vehicles in a safe, secured, good (clean condition) and to coordinate and manage all daily maintenance, scheduled servicing or repairs, renewal of Road Tax, etc as and when required
• To drive the Managing Director or any authorized Verity personnel for official travel and business purposes only in a punctual and safe manner i.e. driving practices are safe and adhere to local driving codes and internally agreed standards, during working days and weekends (only when required)
• To provide support to the office admin functions including sending and receiving company’s documents to relevant parties and to perform any other relevant company errands when needed e.g. stamping of documents
• To assist in the maintenance of minor handy work in all Verity office units

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years driving experience
• Excellent driving record 
• Work well independently
• Talented in preparing and making the route in an efficient way
• Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
• Great interpersonal skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and locations
