Job Description

• Reporting to the Managing Director.
• Collaborate with various professionals to translate customers’ needs into product features to enhance existing product portfolio.
• Determining the pricing and revenue projections of the product and creating effective marketing strategies to optimise returns on investment. 
• Responsible for all interactions between customers, third party vendors and product development team. 
• Evolve and socialize digital product by developing both short and long- term roadmaps that align with the business’s annual and long-term strategic plans.
• Understand and empathize with customers’ problems and unmet needs in order to uncover innovation opportunities. 
• Build product that create value for the customers collaborating with the product team, including researchers, user experience designers, engineers and content editors.
• Ensure the proper balance between business needs, technology options, and user experience in order to maximize product value and increase efficiency
• Build, manage and grow a portfolio of non – sponsored partnerships by exploring collaboration opportunities. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in digital media and delivering successful digital (web/mobile) product. 
• Experience translating customer and business needs into a digital product feature roadmap 
• Knowledge of sales, media and brand marketing process
• Must be knowledgeable on all social media platforms. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and business stakeholders of all levels
• Have a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
• Excellent communication skills with multilevel stakeholder management experience. 
• Required Skills: Web analytics tools (i.e Google Analytics & Facebook)
