Job Description

Responsibilities  
  • Report to the Business Development Director 
  • Front and Back end processing supporting Business Development servicing and retaining to Existing Customers as well as acquiring and pitching to New Customers
  • Address, follow up and record accordingly on inbound calls and emails in order to build and  maintaining business relationships with Customers
  • Externally provide Customer Service through addressing troubleshooting, following up, providing solutions and documenting all activities with Customers
  • Internally provide timely and relevant reports, feedback and status update on progress with Customers
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery, Business Development and other related Departments to implement strategies and processes for communication, training etc
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Please note: Travelling within Klang Valley is required as and when necessary

Job Requirements

Experience Requirement
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in dealing and managing Customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills primarily in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferable)
  • Ability to communicate well with different levels of Customers 
  • Effectively handle difficult and challenging customer interactions; maintain poise and professionalism during every interaction 
  • Ability to operate methodically to ensure process adherence
  • Proficiently skilled in using basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
