Job Description

1. Analyse business and engineering and data processing problems to improve computer systems and implement solutions.
2. Examine user requirements, procedures and problems to improve existing systems and automation while reviewing and analysing technical reports, manuals, periodicals and other reference materials to develop programs to meet needs.
3. Review existing computer systems to understand capabilities, scheduling and workflow limitations, and make recommendations, including upgrading to and purchasing new equipment or software packages.
4. Document, develop and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.
5. Consult with management to reach agreement on system operating principles, and work with clients on information computation or processing needs to be addressed.
6. Supervise systems analysts by taking on project management lead roles in systems projects.
7. To perform ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Management from time to time. 
8. Ability to work independently, but as part of a team toward common goals.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
3. Candidate must have basic knowledge of PC hardware components and software such as Windows, Office 365. 
4. Understanding of information technology, computer programming and management information systems
5. Proven record of complex problem solving and decision making
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good written and verbal communication.
8. Able to start immediately.
