Job Description
Join our team as Solar Project Technical Manager:
- Lead project & technical team to achieve company goals
- Responsible for excellent quality of Solar Installation delivered, to develop systems to manage safety and quality assurance for installation delivered
- Responsible for improving speed of project delivery, develop systems to deliver project in more efficient way & engage more installation partners
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce project costs
- Provide technical guidance, advise & hands-on knowledge to project team members and contractors
- Lead special projects assigned by company from time to time
Job Requirements
- Proven leadership skill in leading a team of 10 or more (leader that people follow because they want to, not they have to).
- Good strategist & project management skill.
- At least 7 years of working experience in Solar Industry.
- Must have bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Seda GCPV holder is a plus point.
- Problem solver, hungry for growth, customer-centric & pay attention to details
- Skills in Auto CAD & PVSyst software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, ethical and dependable.
- Positive and go-getter attitude.
