Job Description

• To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing month end journals. 
• Prepare reports and manage the account payables, receivables, bank accounts monthly. 
• Supervises the financial bookkeeping and records of the company 
• Records transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices 
• To perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the team 
• Preparation of documents (letter writing / forms) 
• Responsible for office related purchasing and/or inventory functions 
• To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support accounting entries 
• Manage server filing records 
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments. 
• To undertake any ad-hoc task and all other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time 

Job Requirements

• Required skills: Microsoft Word, Excel. 
• Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia 
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. 
• Independent, able to work in minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to multiple task and organize.
