Job Description

  1. Assist Brand Partners and customers by phone, email, or chat in a fast-paced environment
  2. Clarify issues; determine, explain, & expedite best solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
  3. Aim for first-call resolutions to minimize the need for future contacts and/or escalations
  4. Interpret, translate, and explain accurate information regarding products/services, compensation plan, policies/procedures, account status, & marketing promotions/campaigns
  5. Troubleshoot service problems
  6. Effectively meet or exceed performance expectations, including product promotion, call-handling metrics, & quality standards
  7. Relate with Brand Partners and customers by building rapport in a professional manner
  8. Summarize, in account notes, every interaction so fellow agents are educated on previous customer interactions and can provide best possible customer experience
  9. Must be willing to work/travel at events
  10. Other duties as needed




Job Requirements

  1. 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service with a multinational Direct Selling Company
  2. Tri Lingual : Mandarin , Bahasa & English ( Written & Spoken ) 
    Able to work independently and with minimal supervision 
  3. Has a good understanding of the network marketing/ direct selling industry and is able to support the leaders and builders in their business
  4. Good communication skills. 
  5. Listen and get clarification & respond positively to questions
  6. Basic knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software 
  7. Able to collate data for analysis of weekly Sales and understands business KPI 
  8. Team Player and good collaborator 
  9. Comfortable in a startup type environment that is fast-paced
  10. Able to start ASAP
