Job Description

• Dealing with online enquiries. 
• Refund members after approval and issue credits and alert about questionable refund/credit request.
• Provide weekly reporting to manager on Customer Service activity
•  Update live site and assist in headline/imaging change requests to verify images are both high quality and on-brand.
• Assist to send out promotional emails as well as social media, company web & some others tracking links.
• Cross check images with contract & inventory sheet to confirm all products; collect stocks from Branches as orders when a perk is closed. 

Job Requirements

• Tech savvy and able to understand the basic workings of e-commerce platforms; experience with marketplace platform or related systems is a plus
• Preferred an individual specialized in E-commerce. 
• Strong affinity for people and ability to get along with anyone and everyone
• Good in written and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Ability to be resourceful, troubleshoot problems, and think proactively to anticipate needs and avert future issues.
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
