Job Description

• Liaising with operations team in organising and planning of stocks
• Checking deliveries to pharmacies on a daily basis.
• Managing returned products from pharmacies including planning to utilize the returned products for sales.
• Handling procurement of sales related materials including dealing with suppliers, vendors and contractors. 
• Planning, organising and executing sales strategies such as deployment of standees, hang sells, gondola headers etc. 
• Collecting sales data for analysis by sales team .
• Collecting and checking of merchandiser's reports for sales analysis .
• Help with event set up and dismantle.
• Assist and report to Sales Manager on all matters. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at a least Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Admin or any equivalent. 
• At least 2 years working experience in related fields. 
• Has good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and able to work in a team and individually. 
• Has good planning skills, analytical and well-organized.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Operations/Administrations or equivalent.
• Full time position is available. 
• Applicant must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
