Job Description

• Reply Client WhatsApp messages on technical issue and internal group messages. 
• Arrange with clients for maintenance, reparations, and installation work. 
• Assign jobs to technician for onsite support, installation and maintenance 
• Assign job for in-house reparation, assembling, demo and testing new arrived items 
• Do certain reports for attended jobs 
• On-Site support, installation, and site visit 
• Phone support to client on technical issues 
• Assist technician on troubleshooting problem 
• In house support, repair, software installation on office laptop 
• Buy spare parts for repairing, assembling and site installation 
• Do research and testing new PC and motherboard 
• Check with vendor on system issue, configuration and RMA repair 
• Check and signed document such as Installation form Certificate of Final Acceptance Test etc

• Ensure daily functioning of Technical department 
• Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases 
• Manage and Delegate project and task to technical team 
• Ensure all project and task completed according to schedule 
• Liaise and convey necessary information within bosses and employee 
• Provide training to new employee 
• Introduce new technologies and system to employee 
• Motivates staff and creates an environment where employees thrive at work 
• Evaluate employee performance and encourage satisfactory work 
• Consult and offers solutions for customers' problems 

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years of working experience (related field)
2. Excellent at leadership and time management
3. Responsible and efficient
