Job Description
· Assist in project filing system and maintain project records, correspondences, and documents.
· Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and billing reports for the management.
· Responsible for managing project-related document.
· Communicate with Project Manager and external team to prepare, process, and follow up PR, PO, and other related documents.

· Provide general administrative support to projects team especially in project documentation.
· To disseminate and responsible for filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondences for project team.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· To assist project engineer and manager in administration functions and processes such as activities related to tendering, contracting, and subcontracting matters
· To assist in all tendering activities including review of tender requirements and scope of works, preparation of cost estimate, development conceptual schedule, determination of available resources, sourcing of subcontractors, and evaluation of risks and legal issues.
· To source and obtain quotation and recommend for procurement of materials, subcontractors and machinery as per project procurement schedule.
· To obtain product certifications and follow up
· To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior / management
· Tender exercise submission.
