Job Description

1. They resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. 
2. They also work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software. 
3. They might also be involved in developing and leading training classes to educate customers about software products.

Job Requirements

• 3-4 yrs hands on working experiences  software development
• Familiar with multiple OS environments. Windows and Linux are a must. (Mac OSX will be added advantage)  
• Willing to work in Artificial Intelligence project
• Have programming C, C++ experience
• Have experience in writing & debugging Python scripts
• Setup of Raspberry pi with other hardware
•  Familiar with Open Vino toolkit or any AI framework will be added advantage
• Have knowledge in Tensor flow
• Knowledge with virtual machine and docker will be added advantage
• Possess strong analytic and troubleshooting skill
• Strong communication skills ( Speaking & Writing)
